To celebrate Kindness, all ages are invited to join us for a fun activity! We’ll gather together to learn about kindness and paint rocks with messages of love and encouragement. Then, we’ll spread the painted rocks all around our local communities. No artistic skills needed—just bring your creativity and kindness!
Kindness is the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate. Practicing kindness can increase the hormones oxytocin and serotonin, which help feelings of love, regulate mood, and emotions. It can increase energy, happiness, pleasure, and even lifespan, while decreasing blood pressure, physical pain, stress, anxiety, and depression. Join us for a casual chat about how you can implement kindness practices into your daily life.
