There are just TWO more spots available for Medication Management day on Monday!
Medication Management is a free opportunity for you to visit with a pharmacist about your medications and whether you are taking them properly. These appointments cover interactions with other medications and conditions, appropriate doses, correct usage, monitoring, potential cost savings, and more.

Hard to believe that May is already next week! Here is the lunch menu for the month. Lunches are just $4, and include an entree, side, bread, milk, and (everyone's favorite) dessert!
If you haven't checked out our Connections pPerham Area Community Centerity Center, come join us in May! It'll be a good time. Meals are a suggested donation of $4 (no questions asked if you can't pay). And if you have a birthday in May, come celebrate with us at our Monthly Birthday Lunch on Wednesday, May 15th! 🎂

We had our biggest lunch yet with 32 folks joining us today at Connections! 🤩 We loved seeing this room full of people. Thanks to everyone who is helping us spread the good word!
