Event Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our guests as best as we can. Our event refund policy is as follows:
Full Refund
- If you notify us at least 2 business days in advance of the event, we can issue a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to request your refund.
Ticket Transfers
- If you are unable to attend the event and it is too late for a refund, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Simply provide us with the name and contact information of the person who will be taking your place.
Non-Refundable Tickets
- Tickets cannot be refunded if the notification is less than 2 business days before the event. However, as mentioned, you can transfer your ticket to another individual.
