Coffee Talks: Meditation + Grounding

Many people are looking for ways to socialize with others and get out in their community. We’re starting Coffee Talks, a twice-monthly gathering to chat about a range of lifestyle topics so that you can stay connected.

Join us as we welcome Celeste Kostohryz, MPT, owner of The Holistic Maternal. She will explore the idea of being grounded and connected to yourself in our busy, often electronics-filled world. You will get a chance to try some simple ways to slow down and stay connected to “you” even when the world around you gets crazy. And you will leave with some simple strategies to incorporate into your day.
